Sign up
Create your provider account in the Servana Provider app.
Build your profile & services
Add your services with prices, durations, availability, and service area.
Verify & connect payouts
Upload your ID and license (driver's license required) and complete Stripe Connect onboarding for payouts.
Get approved
An admin reviews and approves your account (KYC) before you can take real bookings. Verification tiers — Identity Verified, Professional, Elite — are granted by our team.
Get booked & get paid
Accept bookings, confirm a time, check in/out, complete the job, and receive your payout.
Approval is required before your first booking — we review every provider.
The money
How you get paid
You set the price for every service. Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. Today, payouts are processed by our team via Stripe transfers; automated instant splits are on the roadmap.

commission on completed services
You keep 75% of the price you set, paid out via Stripe Connect — no lead fees. The commission applies only to jobs you actually complete. See Pricing for the full breakdown.
