These Terms explain the basic rules for using Servana. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use Servana responsibly and follow applicable laws. They mirror the Terms shown inside the Servana apps.

  • You must be 18 or older and able to enter into an agreement to use Servana.
  • Servana helps customers find and communicate with independent service professionals. Providers are independent businesses or contractors, not employees of Servana.
  • Booking details, pricing, arrival times, and service scope should be accurate and agreed to in the app before work begins.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Servana does not store full payment card numbers.
  • Do not misuse the platform, provide false information, harass others, or attempt to bypass safety, payment, or account protections.
  • We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms, create safety concerns, or misuse the platform.
